Event Pricing Eligibility
Golf Event 2026 pricing is available only to attendees of the Revivee Bulacan golf event and is valid until June 30, 2026. Pricing is per individual, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated on the product page.
Reservation Downpayment
A ₱25,000 downpayment reserves your slot and locks in event pricing. It is credited in full toward the total treatment cost and is settled in person at our clinic via GCash, bank transfer, or credit card.
Refunds
The downpayment is refunded in full if our physicians determine after screening that you are not a suitable candidate, or if Revivee cannot deliver the reserved protocol. Voluntary cancellation within 7 days of reservation is refundable; after 7 days the amount remains as clinic credit valid for 12 months.
Medical Screening and Consent
All treatments require a physician consultation, medical screening, and written informed consent. Revivee may decline or modify a protocol for clinical safety reasons.
No Guarantee of Results
Regenerative medicine outcomes vary by individual. Information on these pages is educational and is not a guarantee of specific medical results or a substitute for professional medical advice.
Scheduling and Slot Limits
Limited-slot offers are allocated on a first-reserved basis. If a limited protocol is fully subscribed, we will offer the next available date or an equivalent alternative, or refund your downpayment.
Payments and Insurance
Elective regenerative and longevity treatments are generally not covered by local HMOs or insurers. Balance payments are due before treatment unless an installment arrangement is confirmed in writing.
